Just raising the version number again seemed to fix it for me. I then had a problem where all the images seemed to be broken. So I replaced the image location references with links and then it works. The ends of lines are cut off on the (r.h.) end, and the 'Inbox' # doesn't reduce when mail is opened. This is one of my favorite extensions. I'm sticking with 2.0.0.xx until my extensions work.
